Working with Newport Council Housing Services managers we developed a fully bespoke stand alone Employee Management database. The initial brief was to centralise employee records and remove any reliance on paper base systems.
As the project matured more features were added resulting in all aspects of an employees data being managed by the system. A network version of the software was also developed, allowing managers at different geographical locations access to the same centralised information
