CSV is a UK based Charity organisation involved in the training of job seekers and volunteer workers. |

CSV had problems with its IT training facilities (Windows Server 2003 based network with around 60 client machines across several training areas) specifically related to security and inappropriate use of facilities. |
|
After fully auditing the existing infrastructure new system wide policies were implemented to prevent and restrict network resource access and also to secure workstations. This has led to a reduction in system downtime and in the hours required to maintain the system. |

An ongoing service contract is maintained with CSV. |
